Labor and Birth Doula Services

Initial no obligation consultation ("meet and greet")- I meet you and your partner (if applicable) at your home or any convenient space for you, to discuss my services; how I can best offer and mold my birth doula support to you and your growing family and provide an opportunity to see if it would be a good fit all around.
2 Prenatal visits allowing us the opportunity to develop and strengthen a trusting relationship, discuss your birth plan, birth preferences, practice/discuss comfort measures etc.
Continuous social support- email, phone, and text. I am available 24/7 to be contacted and provide support in whatever your needs are.
On-call at 38 weeks- this means you're super close to your estimated due date! Which also means that as your birth doula, I am ready and available to be contacted by you at the start of early labor signs and provide in person support whenever you decide you would like me to join you for the process.
Continuous labor and birth support for you and your partner- I join you at your home (or wherever you prefer) and accompany you to the hospital, birth center, or help you prepare for your home birth. I provide consistent and empathetic emotional, physical, and informational support throughout the labor and birth process.
Initial breast feeding and latching support- after birth I stay with you for about 1 hour and help with initial skin-to-skin contact and help establish a breastfeeding latch if that’s desired.
A post-partum visit- within the first two weeks after your birth.
